Buyer Agent Performance Standards
The performance and participation of the Buyer Specialist within CG & Associates is an integral part of achieving all team goals. All team members are expected to participate in sales meetings, goal settings and training to better their service and techniques.
All Buyer Specialists shall have 2 sales per month. The minimum requirements are hereby modified for new hires with CG & Associates. The 2 sales per month shall not be required until after said new hire is with CG & Associates for the initial “in training” period of 90 days.
In the event the Buyer Specialist is not receiving the flow of leads necessary to procure the required sales, it is expected that said Buyer Specialist will prospect on his or her own accord. Example: calling apartment complexes, calling for sale by owners, walking farm areas and or joining networking groups.
A mandatory consultation process/signing of buyer agency agreements must take place with all customers to ensure proper representation of our buyers and heightens your safety. |
